Bikram Yoga is so challenging that no mater how many classes you go to, it's equally hard. Everyone goes at their own pace, which is true with startups as well. Some people kick ass in one class a week, but others go 5 days a week and maintain posture throughout the class.

this definitely hits home. Fantastic blog. I have a question for you relating to B2B products and problem/solution, product/market fit...
Your experience, and that of most lean startup theorists I can find, has its roots in relatively high volume, low cost, online B2C markets. The result is that you can go through iterative development processes (e.g. A/B testing) and "burn" through initial customer engagements with relative ease.
I work in the B2B space. Volumes here are generally lower; price points considerably higher; and resulting sales cycles measured in months rather than the duration of site visits.
Now don't get me wrong, I LOVE the lean startup principles. They just make sense. But do you have experience, or can you point me in the direction of those who do, of companies which have applied these principles in B2B markets where just getting an initial client meeting can take a month?
Any guidance you have, or directions you can point me in, would be gratefully received.
Regards
Mike

Hi Ash

Fantastic blog. Great post and book. just finished reading it. One question i have is around the actual measurement and where they are stored. in the book you talk about using google analtyics, etc to store detailed data. What do you store in the application store vs. the google analytics store and what is the best way to integrate to get the drilldown reporting.
Thanks!

Ash,

Great post and book. just finished reading it. One question i have is around the actual measurement and where they are stored. in the book you talk about using google analtyics, etc to store detailed data. What do you store in the application store vs. the google analytics store and what is the best way to integrate to get the drilldown reporting.

Thanks!

Comment on Spark59 Manifesto by adult chat

<guid
